Spring MVC servlet xxx is not available hatasi

Spring MVC kullanirken, Dispatcher kullaniyorsan,
asagidaki hatayi aliyorsan, web.xml'in icinden 
load on startup'i kaldirip, hangi class'in eksik
oldugunu bul. Onu ekleyip tekrar dene
